1 position to be based at Bdr Sunway, Subang Jaya

Responsibilities :

• To provide technical support for post sales activities eg. installation of medical device analyzer, preventive maintenance, service, repair and troubleshooting.
• To sell Service Agreement and Spare Parts.
• To resolve technical issues and customer complaints.
• To undertake other assignments or related duties as may be specified by the Team Leader from time to time.

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Biomedical / Electronics / Electrical or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in field service preferably in clinical laboratory, healthcare, life science or equivalent.
• Has basic computer maintenance, troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Preferably with experience in troubleshooting and repair of medical device.
