1 position to be based at Bdr Sunway, Subang Jaya
Responsibility
– Provide secretarial and administrative support to HR & Admin department.
– Recruitment – To do job posting, shortlist candidate and coordinate interview arrangement.
– Follow-up with new employee on-boarding documentation and handle resign employee Exit Clearance Procedures.
– Leave Administration – Key in Public Holidays into HRIS and monitor Sick Leave application.
– Staff Insurance – Subscription/Deletion and to verify the debit notes and credit notes for payment processing.
– Training & Development – HDRF application and claim processing, training evaluation, source for in-house training program and coordinate training arrangement with training providers.
– Central Purchase Officer for office purchase, company asset and travel air-ticket.
– To drive the Company Social Recreation Club.
– Undertake other special assignments or related duties as may be specified by the management from time to time.
Requirement
– A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource / Business Admin / Secretarial or equivalent.
– At least 3 years of related working experience preferably in human resource or administration.
– Has basic knowledge in local employment act and familiar with HDRF application and claim process.
– Well versed in English written and communication.
– Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking, meet deadlines and well organized.
– Computer literate and proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
