IT Application Specialist

1 position to be based at Bdr Sunway, Subang Jaya

Responsibilities:

Act as key implementer for all aspect of Sysmex’s HCLab LIS (Laboratory Information System) including setup, interfacing, application training, testing & go-live.
Provide follow-up activities, troubleshooting and implement maintenance contract.
Handle customer complaints & queries and implement corrective/preventive actions in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare LIS presentations and give lectures to inform or educate laboratory professionals.
Develop marketing tools such as training manual and competitor database to support and strengthen the product knowledge of the distributors.
Provide product training to sales, marketing and service team on relevant areas to strengthen the market position of Sysmex IT Solutions.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Certificate/Diploma in related subjects such as Medical Lab Technology, Biomedical, Life Sciences, Engineering Computer/Telecommunication/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience in a clinical laboratory or dealing with laboratory customers is an advantage.
A good understanding of healthcare environments and market competition.
Result-oriented team player with the ability and willingness to work as part of larger team to ensure the success of the company’s targets and goals.
Possess own car and willing to travel.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
